We are looking for a skilled Premium Stylist Contractor to provide personalized fashion advice, styling expertise, and exceptional customer experiences to our esteemed clients. As a Europe-based contractor, you will work remotely and have the autonomy to manage your own calendar, choosing the days and times you are available to engage with clients. This self-directed scheduling allows for a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that you are available to assist our customers in finding the perfect outfits that align with their individual tastes, preferences, and lifestyles.
• Exciting opportunity to build and maintain a client base - build relationships with clients by getting to know them and their style goals
• Style clients using our proprietary online styling platform including video call app
• Interact with the client via a chat platform to suggest pieces, how to wear them, and general styling advice
• Carefully curate clothing options for your clients based on their preferences and build outfits for them to shop
• Helping to manage and analyze client profiles to identify sales opportunities and develop customer loyalty
• Identify your strong style sides and create 2-3 style or mood boards for review, aiding in a more personalized and effective styling experience
• Maintain a flexible schedule by managing your own calendar to ensure availability during your chosen work hours
• Experience as a personal shopper/stylist/e-commerce environment (preferably luxury)
• Strong and thorough knowledge of designers and brands
• Understanding of how to engage, empathize and up-sell with High Net Worth, luxury customers
• Understanding of how to engage, empathize and up-sell with regular customers
• Tech-savvy. Able to work with online styling tools
• Own computer to work with video face to face clients. (You can get ready for an appointment on your mobile phone, but we recommend using a computer)
• Possess flexibility to quickly adapt to changing customer and business needs
